What to expect...

 

Buggy Bootcamp  is a fun outdoor post-natal fitness class for mums who are itching to get back into shape without the hassle of sorting out childcare. Not only is it a chance for you to lose weight and get fit, but  it's also a great way to connect with other new mums too. Non mums and mums without buggies are also welcome to this class.

 

This class is not your typical buggy fit class either, as each session is never the same, and incorporates interval drills that are designed to help improve cardiovascular fitness, strength, power, agility, core and balance. Equipment like resistance bands, sandbags, slam balls and skipping ropes will be used too. All movements can be made easier or harder depending on your fitness level. I will always encourage that you work at your own level and refrain from comparing yourself to others.  Non mums and mums without buggies are also welcome to this class.

 

Classes are run every Thursday (10.30 am - 11.30 am) at The Walsall Arboretum. which is a beautiful park to explore and there are lots of benches, trees, rocks,  steps and walk ways to make use of during the session.
